1. Agreement
By placing an order on JENGO, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Product Listings
All products listed on JENGO — including cement, steel, timber, and other construction materials — are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order and will notify you promptly.
3. Pricing and Bulk Discounts
Prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). Bulk discount pricing is applied automatically at checkout based on the quantity ordered. Prices are exclusive of delivery fees unless otherwise stated.
4. Order Placement
An order is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from JENGO via SMS or email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
5. Cancellations and Amendments
Orders may be cancelled or amended within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@jengo.ug or call our customer service line.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Returns are accepted for goods that are unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of a confirmed return.
- We do not accept returns for cut-to-size timber, mixed products, or custom orders unless the goods are faulty.
7. Liability
JENGO is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, adverse weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
