1. Delivery Coverage
JENGO offers delivery of construction materials directly to your site across Kampala and major urban and peri-urban areas in Uganda. Delivery coverage is expanding — contact us to confirm availability in your area.
2. Weight-Based Delivery Pricing
Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the distance to your delivery site. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Kampala and surrounds: 1–2 business days
- Upcountry / regional sites: 2–5 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to road conditions, weather, or order volume.
4. Site Access Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is accessible to our vehicles at the agreed time. This includes:
- Clear vehicular access for trucks
- A designated contact person present at the site on delivery day
- A suitable, safe offloading area
JENGO is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from inaccessible or unsafe delivery sites.
5. Large and Bulk Orders
For large bulk orders — including full truckloads of cement, sand, aggregate, or steel — we recommend scheduling delivery in advance. Contact our team for dedicated logistics coordination.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, you or your authorised representative will be asked to sign a delivery note. Please inspect all goods before signing. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported to us immediately.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to site inaccessibility or no authorised person being present, a re-delivery fee may apply.
