1. Accepted Payment Methods

JENGO accepts the following payment methods:

  • Mobile Money: MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money
  • Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to our company account (details provided at checkout)
  • Credit/Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard via our secure payment gateway
  • Cash on Delivery: Available for selected areas and order values โ€” confirm eligibility at checkout

2. Currency

All transactions are processed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX).

3. Payment Timing

  • Orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
  • For large or bulk orders, a deposit of up to 50% may be required to confirm the order, with the balance due before delivery.

4. Invoices and Receipts

A digital invoice or receipt will be issued for every transaction. For formal tax invoices (including VAT), please request one at the time of order.

5. Security

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. JENGO does not store card details on our servers. We do not request payment through unofficial channels โ€” please be alert to fraud.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe an incorrect amount has been charged, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@jengo.ug with your order number and transaction reference. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 7โ€“14 business days. Mobile Money refunds are typically processed within 3 business days.
